Attorney Profile

“A lawyer is either a social engineer or a parasite on society.” — Charles Hamilton Houston

Charles M. Holloman II, PA - Tampa Bay Attorney - 24 Hour Attorney

Attorney Charles M. Holloman II is a native Floridian and the principal of Holloman Law.  He is an experienced Florida litigator who is passionate about fighting for his clients to ensure that justice is served.  Attorney Holloman is a distinguished alumnus of the first graduating class from Florida A&M University College of Law (FAMU) in Orlando, Florida. While enrolled full time at FAMU Law, he served as a Campaign Coordinator for the Honorable Arthenia L. Joyner, Florida State Senate District 18, and as law clerk at Joyner & Jordan-Holmes, P.A.  Following graduation he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida.

Attorney Holloman established Holloman Law following years of practice as defense counsel for statewide law firms, both large and small.  While defending the interests of large corporations backed by well-funded insurance companies or representing governmental entities he gained valuable knowledge and insight into the philosophies and methods of handling cases from a defense perspective. Attorney Holloman draws from that knowledge and experience to now represent his clients’ rights against the big businesses, government, and insurance companies.

Attorney Holloman is dedicated to improving the Tampa Bay community through service to others.  Additionally, he volunteers by devoting countless hours with the American Cancer Society and Bay Area Legal Services while mentoring at-risk children at various elementary schools throughout Hillsborough County.  In his spare time, Attorney Holloman enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
